The calling of our church is to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We are a church that reveals Jesus and the gospel of his abundant love and grace. A place where generations of people will find freedom, healing and will experience life to the max!
This year so many people have realised more fully the freedom we can have in Christ we know there are so many more people who need about Jesus in our community and beyond.
What is Heart for the House?
It has always been our heart at Max Life Church to prepare a home for people to encounter Jesus.
Heart for the House is a special time, once a year, when we as a church family have the opportunity to pray and sow into the future vision and mission of our church through a special sacrificial offering.
This year's Heart for the House vision
Sharing with people around food has always been part of the heart of Max Life Church.
For this year's Heart for the House Offering we are believing to upgrade our kitchen with a $15,000 redevelopment- including new cupboards, easier to use sink area, extra serving space etc, to make the kitchen easier to work in. Originally when we built our current kitchen, we could only afford temporary benches and not cupboards. Since then, catering has increased for all our ministries, community events and meal ministry. An upgrade of the kitchen will make it easier for all those who serve in our hospitality ministry and will help us continue to minister to people through food now and also for years into the future.
Our Heart for the House Celebration Sunday will be held on Aug 24th. On this day there will be a time to bring our offerings, pray into the future of our church and hear about how God is working in people’s lives.
We are so grateful for your love, faithfulness, and generosity . We are praying and believing that God will continue to use us to help our generation and many generations into the future encounter Jesus.
